Ghost - now in Helm!

It's been a while since I first deployed this instance on timeku.be, but I finally formalized the setup into a Helm chart. Gone is the dangling sidecar initContainer - initialization is now done in a one-shot Job resource that sets a new instance's name and owner account to keep from letting someone snipe the admin page.

It's now available on ArtifactHub:

This should make it easier to launch new pages and is a nice alternative to Bitnami's chart, the only other one I could fine with a way to skip the setup wizard that's based on the official upstream image and not subject to the whims of Broadcom.
